Job summary

Silverstone International is seeking a People Experience and Internal Communications Lead to shape how we communicate with and engage a diverse workforce at Silverstone. You’ll drive the internal communications strategy, manage the new app, and refresh onboarding and culture programmes for permanent, casual and volunteer teams.

You will balance confidential information handling with clear storytelling, coordinating with the People & Culture team and Marketing to ensure timely, engaging content

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement or people experience across diverse workforce.
• Ability to use data and feedback to drive decisions and improvements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor tone for different audiences.
• Experience handling confidential data with discretion and integrity.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications aligned to the People strategy and business priorities.
• Own and manage the internal comms app as content owner and rollout lead.
• Collaborate with department leads and Marketing to keep content accurate across workforce groups.
• Monitor engagement and adapt content based on feedback and analytics.
• Create multi-channel content including SharePoint, intranets, emails and digital formats.
• Support engagement initiatives, wellbeing and ESG-related activities.
