Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Internal Communications lead to own and shape how the organisation communicates internally. You will partner with leaders across Commercial, People and change initiatives, driving strategic messaging and ensuring alignment with company goals.

You will craft guidance, templates and enablement tools to empower 220+ leaders, while overseeing channels, calendars and the rollout of key communications across a hybrid, global workforce.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communication or employee engagement at a strategic level.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across the business.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting as the business evolves.
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills with clear, concise messaging.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on, embedded communication partner to the Commercial function and People programmes, guiding messages and delivery.
• Design and manage the communication ecosystem for global and regional all-hands and kick-offs.
• Lead planning and messaging for major strategic initiatives and organisational change.
• Own Slack architecture and intranet structure, ensuring accessibility and consistency of communications.
