Job summary

Lumesse is seeking a People Experience Lead to shape the colleague experience across the Group, uniting DE&I, employee experience design and engagement. You will drive strategic DE&I direction, use data to identify improvements and oversee ERG activity while partnering with recruitment, comms and other People sub-functions to enhance onboarding, wellbeing and the overall employee journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a DE&I, employee experience or colleague engagement role.
• Track record of designing and delivering initiatives that improve day-to-day experience of colleagues.
• Experience managing external partners or suppliers (e.g. survey or DE&I providers).
• Experience working with data and insight to shape strategy and measure impact.
• Excellent project management ability, able to plan, execute and keep momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the business.
• Confident communicator, able to bring colleagues along with new initiatives.
• Strong levels of creativity, bringing fresh and novel approaches into deliverables.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to identify priorities and track outcomes.
• Passionate about inclusion, colleague voice and creating a great place to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead DE&I activity across the Group and define strategic direction for DE&I with clear priorities and goals.
• Use data and insight to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.
• Oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and support their development and impact.
• Partner with recruitment and talent teams to embed inclusive practice throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Work with internal communications to raise awareness and drive engagement with DE&I initiatives.
• Map the end-to-end employee journey and champion a consistent, joined-up experience across the Group.
• Own the Group's overall approach to colleague engagement and manage the Gallup survey partnership.
