Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Head of Learning, Culture & Engagement to lead a progressive people agenda across the organisation, shaping talent and culture to enable outstanding care. You will drive L&D strategy, design scalable programmes from induction to leadership, ensuring the workforce has the skills to deliver safe, high-quality care.

You will lead culture, employee listening, DEI and wellbeing initiatives, translating insights into actions that strengthen belonging and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned to the People Strategy.
• Governance across learning, development and professional development.
• Needs analysis, induction, mandatory training, management development.
• Translate capability needs into practical, cost-effective learning solutions.
• Development of Leadership Academy to equip leaders.
• Budget allocation for mandatory skills and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned to the People Strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee governance across learning, development and professional development.
• Own induction, mandatory training, management development and CPD.
• Translate capability needs into practical, accessible and cost-effective learning solutions.
• Plan and develop a Leadership Academy for leadership capability.
• Allocate L&D budget to meet mandatory skills and CPD with ROI focus.
