Job summary

Lumesse is seeking a Talent Partner in Milton Keynes to lead the Group's talent and performance approach. You will work hands‑on with leaders to identify, assess, develop and retain future leaders while ensuring performance is managed fairly across all businesses.

The role covers talent reviews, succession planning and the rollout of the Group Performance Framework in Workday, backed by data and insight to support confident leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, leadership development or performance management roles.
• Hands-on experience running talent reviews, potential assessment and succession planning (e.g., 9-box).
• Experience designing or implementing performance management frameworks (objective setting, check-ins, development planning).
• Experience configuring or implementing talent and performance processes in an HR system, ideally Workday.

• Talent Assessment & Succession Planning: provide a clear, trusted view of talent, guiding decisions on potential and investment.
• Performance Management: ensure a fair, consistent experience covering delivery and behavior.
• Talent & Performance Technology: ensure processes work well in Workday and provide reliable data.
• Talent Pipeline Initiatives: ensure assessment leads to real growth and expands the talent pipeline.
• Career Paths & Internal Mobility: show clear career paths within the Group and facilitate progression.
• Talent Data & Reporting: provide leaders with a clear, reliable view to spot risks and enable decisions.
