Job summary

Companies House is seeking an Employee Experience Lead to shape a positive, inclusive workplace, partnering with HR, leaders and colleagues to drive engagement and wellbeing. You will own the annual People Survey and lead strategic reviews of performance management, while supporting manager development and ED&I initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or management roles driving cultural change.
• Proven ability to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey engagement strategies.
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple engagement initiatives with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual People Survey and related activities from launch to action planning and communication.
• Collaborate with engagement groups to implement initiatives improving working environments.
• Lead a strategic review of performance management policies and culture.
• Support Manager Development Programmes and related training.
• Chair the monthly People Manager Forums and align with manager development goals.
• Provide strategic guidance to ED&I, wellbeing, culture and employee experience workstreams.
