Job summary

Lumesse seeks a proactive L&D Sales Specialist to support the Managing Director and allied divisions with learning solutions. You will deliver inductions and both in-person and virtual programmes to improve performance and engagement, across a wide Midlands-based geography.

You will partner with C-level and area directors, create training materials, and ensure governance and best practices are followed, shaping a learning-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the L&D programmes across all required locations.
• Coordinate new starter inductions and ongoing development programmes.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure training meets business needs and quality standards.
• Create and maintain training materials in collaboration with content teams.
• Monitor programme outcomes and adjust delivery for impact.
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning culture within the division.
