You will handle administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and assist with payroll data and benefits administration.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ administration experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
• Support payroll data transfer and benefits administration
• Provide timely responses to employee queries and support engagement initiatives
• Assist with audits and reporting related to compliance and diversity
