Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group is seeking a People Co-Ordinator to support the People Team and ensure a smooth employee experience across the lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, changes, and offboarding, maintain HRIS data, and respond to employee queries with a proactive, compliant approach.

You will also assist with payroll data transfers, benefits administration, and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• 1–2 years of administration experience in a similar role
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Knowledge of employment legislation
• CIPD L3 or above

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the People Team across the employee lifecycle
• Coordinate HR administration including onboarding, changes to employment and offboarding
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personal files in compliance with data protection regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS and generate standard/ad hoc reports
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and support wellbeing and internal communications
• Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate transfer of data and administer benefits and statutory leave
• Assist with audits and reporting related to compliance, diversity and workforce metrics
