Job summary

Influencer Ltd in the UK is seeking a People Coordinator to own the employee lifecycle, payroll coordination across markets, and contractor management, while driving automation and AI-enabled improvements. You’ll design decks and training materials, write internal communications, and create dashboards that surface actionable people data for the wider team, reporting to the People Operations Director.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in People Operations, HR Administration, or a People Coordinator role in a fast-paced, global business.
• AI and automation enthusiasm with practical ideas for applying automation to HR workflows.
• Ability to design engaging decks and training materials; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee lifecycle processes and onboarding/offboarding administration.
• Act as primary administrator for HRIS and people tech stack; maintain clean records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs across multiple markets with Finance and EORs.
• Support hiring logistics, postings, interview scheduling, and offer letters.
• Design decks, training materials, and internal communications to drive engagement.
• Build dashboards and present people data to surface actionable insights.
