Job summary
bpha is seeking a People Systems & Data Analyst in Bedfordshire (hybrid) to turn people data into meaningful insight and support HR systems. The role focuses on data integrity, reporting improvements and workforce insights to inform decisions that shape organisational performance.

Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS/HR systems in admin or analyst roles.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience producing reports and dashboards with meaningful insights.
- Advanced written communication and data accuracy.
- Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and Power Query.
- Experience supporting HR system updates and testing.
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Produce people metrics, dashboards and MI for decisions.
- Analyse workforce trends and translate data into insights.
- Support and develop HR systems, upgrades, testing and UAT.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting across the organisation.
- Maintain data quality through audits and cleansing.
