Job summary

Job description

As a People Data Analyst in Bicester, you'll work alongside the Human Resources team making data-driven decisions. Your role will focus on analysing employee data, identifying trends, and presenting insights to enhance workforce strategies.

Client Details

You’ll be joining a high performing global organisation at their European HQ in Bicester. This role supports a strong People function and will need someone used to working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You’ll be working with senior leaders across a variety of locations to help produce dashboards, analyse trends in employee data and make suggestions on how to improve the functionality of the system, alongside the HRIS team.

Description

The People Data Analyst will:

Job Offer

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract, to cover maternity leave. The business offer hybrid working, an incredibly strong benefits package (including private medical, dental and generous holiday leave), with a competitive salary of 50,000 to 55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
