Job summary

Carter Jonas in Peterborough is seeking a strategic and data-driven People Systems and Data Insights Manager on a hybrid basis. You will develop the People data architecture, evolve Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions, and govern data quality to support HR reporting and workforce planning.

The role demands engaging with senior stakeholders, translating complex workforce data into insights, and delivering enterprise dashboards and governance standards that drive commercial value.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX.
• Proven ability to build strategic dashboards for executive audiences.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise HR data and analytics.
• Ability to translate workforce data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the People Analytics and HRMI strategy aligned to Vision 2030.
• Act as SME for workforce analytics and provide insight-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Establish a roadmap for People analytics, Power BI reporting and Microsoft Fabric solutions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and predictive analytics in People Operations.
• Own design, development and governance of enterprise-level HR dashboards and scalable Power BI reporting.
• Define HR data governance standards, controls and QA processes.
• Establish KPIs and monitoring for data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand reporting needs and manage competing priorities.
• Translate complex workforce data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Present workforce trends and strategic analysis to Management Board.
