Job summary

TfGM Greater Manchester (Piccadilly Place) is seeking a People Systems and Data Analyst to turn workforce data into clear insights. You will build reports, dashboards and datasets using Excel, Power Query and Power BI, while supporting data quality and system improvements across the People team.

You’ll work with HR, recruitment and payroll data, translating requirements for non-technical audiences and contributing to better workforce planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience of extracting, manipulating, validating and presenting data using reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and outputs.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or a programming language would be helpful, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex workforce data from HR, recruitment, payroll and related sources to develop reports and dashboards.
• Maintain datasets, reports and dashboards and support data quality improvements.
• Provide clear insight to managers and stakeholders to help interpretation of trends and risks.
