  • Experience leading administration or shared services teams.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle administration and HR processes.

  • Lead, motivate and develop the People Administration team.
  • Oversee all employee lifecycle administration, ensuring changes are processed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure payroll-related activity is completed within required deadlines and records are up to date.
  • Deliver excellent service to managers and colleagues, resolving queries professionally.
  • Maintain compliance across key people processes, including Right to Work, DBS and visa requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Produce people data, reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead or support People projects and represent the team in wider initiatives.

Person Specification
  • Has experience leading and developing administration or shared services teams.
  • Has a strong understanding of employee lifecycle administration and HR processes.
