Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a People Data Analyst to join the People and Culture team. You will analyse workforce data to identify trends and opportunities that support better decision‑making across the organisation, leading on workforce analytics, planning insights and performance reporting.

This hybrid role is mainly remote with at least one day a week in the Middlesbrough office. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for managers and boards, helping improve

Qualifications

Strong understanding of workforce metrics and their use in organisational reporting.
Able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for non‑technical audiences.
Confident influencing stakeholders through evidence‑based recommendations.

Responsibilities

Produce workforce dashboards, reports and insights for managers, executives and boards.
Analyse workforce trends, including turnover, absence, vacancies and skills data.
Deliver workforce planning analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling.
Build and maintain accessible self-service reporting and dashboard solutions.
Present complex data in clear, engaging formats that support decision‑making.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation and efficiency.
