bpha is seeking a People Systems & Data Analyst to turn people data into meaningful insight and support HR systems. Based in Bedfordshire with hybrid working, the role focuses on data integrity, reporting, and workforce analytics that drive business decisions.
The successful candidate will analyse trends, build dashboards, and work with the People Team to improve processes and reporting while delivering actionable recommendations to leaders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s naturally analytical, enjoys solving problems and is passionate about turning data into clear, actionable insight that helps shape business decisions. The role works closely with the People Systems & Data Manager to support HR systems, maintain data integrity, improve processes and provide workforce insights that enhance both colleague experience and organisational performance.

We’re looking for someone who can tell the story behind the data, identify trends, challenge assumptions and provide meaningful context that helps leaders understand what’s happening and what they should do next.
You’ll bring a combination of strong analytical capability, systems expertise and a genuine curiosity about how data can improve decision-making.
