A leading entertainment company in Greater London is looking for a People & Culture Project Specialist who will lead global HR initiatives and support the implementation of Oracle HRIS. The role demands a blend of project coordination and execution, ensuring smooth delivery of tasks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record in HR projects are crucial. This position offers a salary of £45k-£60k and provides options for hybrid working.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where driving delivery and keeping projects on track are key?
We’re looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Project Specialist to lead the operational heartbeat of global initiatives and provide direct support to the Global Head of Talent Management. This is a dynamic role that blends project coordination with hands‑on execution, ensuring workstreams progress smoothly and leadership can focus on strategic priorities.
A major focus will be supporting the successful implementation of our new Oracle HRIS, owning critical tasks across design, testing, rollout, and adoption, while capturing feedback to embed new processes effectively. Beyond this, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining momentum across wider P&C initiatives, proactively removing blockers and driving projects to completion.
You will assist with initiatives led by the Global Head of Talent Management and the VP of International People & Culture, ensuring standards and timelines are clearly defined and met.
You will act as a connector between multiple workstreams, providing critical project support and operational execution for the Oracle HRIS implementation, particularly for the Talent modules. This includes partnering with specialist leaders to ensure accurate data preparation, process validation, and successful delivery of key tasks.
You will play a key role in completing P&C projects by taking a hands‑on approach to executing tasks, coordinating operations and ensuring smooth delivery. These will be varied projects but could include ones focused on engagement, recognition or anything across the spectrum of P&C.
You will provide support to the Global Head of Talent Management, including but not limited to diary management, meeting coordination and tasks that enable your leader to focus on strategic objectives.
You will manage project plans by coordinating and following up with team members to ensure steady progress, delivering regular reports that provide clear visibility to the leadership team, and facilitating leadership intervention when necessary.
You bring proven experience in supporting implementation projects, ideally within HR. Experience with Oracle is highly desirable, along with familiarity with tools such as Jira.
You will be a confident HR generalist with a genuine interest in contributing to a variety of initiatives and projects.
You pride yourself on exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities for both yourself and your leader.
You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and hold others accountable.
Previous experience providing personal assistant support to leadership is desirable but not essential. A highly organised individual who is comfortable taking on these responsibilities (approximately 20% of the role) would be well suited.
You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you : We Create, We Perform, We Inspire.
Location : This role will be based in Brentford 4 days a week, with 1 day available for hybrid working.
Salary : £45k-£60k depending on skills & experience.
