We're seeking a People Co-ordinator on an initial 6-month contract to support and assist in the efficient and smooth running of the HR, onboarding, Learning & Development (L&D), and compliance processes within the organisation. This varied role involves managing onboarding, recruitment compliance, training schedules, reporting, and employee-related administrative tasks. The People Co-ordinator will work collaboratively as part of a team of four, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and assisting in creating a positive experience for new hires and employees.
