You will ensure that employee records are accurately maintained and that new colleagues are onboarded and administered on to the appropriate platforms.

You will provide an efficient administrative service to all benefit and payroll tasks, ensuring accurate recording and processing. You will also liaise with external customers, such as benefit scheme administrators, providing information as necessary.

You will support the development of people policies and processes designed to improve the people experience. There will also be responsibility for communicating people updates and ensuring that the Made Tech handbook remains up to date.

Alongside colleagues in the People team you’ll support key projects, specifically the implementation of People initiatives and systems. You will organise ongoing socials for company-wide or regional events within an annual budget.

There may be occasions where you are expected to carry out other duties from time to time which are broadly consistent with your area of responsibility.
