St Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide expert advice and support across the organisation. You will manage complex employee relations cases, coach managers through people-related challenges and contribute to the delivery of our People Strategy, helping to ensure fair, consistent and effective people management practices across the hospice.

Formación

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience supporting formal HR processes and TUPE transfers.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, equality and data protection.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a complex employee relations caseload across disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, flexible working and organisational change.
• Provide timely, expert HR advice and guidance to managers.
• Coach managers through formal HR processes, investigations and management letters.
• Maintain accurate ER records and reporting with the ER Lead to identify trends.
• Review and contribute to HR policies, procedures and ways of working.
