• Working on a range of people matters including employee relations, health & wellbeing, embedding culture, recruitment and onboarding activities, and skills development.
• Using systems and people metrics to inform decision making, and identifying trends and working as a team to develop proactive solutions.
• Embedding our people policies, values and behaviours across the Southern Hospice Group.
• Creating great working relationships across the Group and visibly representing the People Team.
• Working with managers to achieve great people management practices.
