Job summary

Southern Hospice Group is seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive, professional HR support to employees and managers across the Group. You will drive compliant processes, advise on employment matters, support recruitment, onboarding and people development, and use metrics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, wellbeing and recruitment
• Ability to use HR systems and people metrics for decision making
• Understanding of policies and culture alignment across the group

Responsibilities

• Work on employee relations, wellbeing, embedding culture and recruitment activities
• Use systems and people metrics to inform decision making and develop proactive solutions
• Embed policies, values and behaviours across the Southern Hospice Group
• Create strong working relationships across the Group and represent the People Team
• Collaborate with managers to achieve strong people management practices
