St Barnabas Hospices in Worthing is seeking an HR Advisor to join the People Team. You’ll provide proactive, professional HR support across the organisation, shaping employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and staff development, ensuring processes comply with policies and values.

You’ll work with managers to embed our policies, use people metrics to drive decisions and represent the team across the Group.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive HR support across the organisation, handling employee relations, health & wellbeing, recruitment and onboarding activities, and skills development.
• Use HR systems and people metrics to inform decision making and identify trends to develop proactive solutions as part of a team.
• Embed the company policies, values and behaviours across the Southern Hospice Group.
• Create strong working relationships across the Group and represent the People Team visibly.
• Work with managers to achieve excellent people management practices.
