Job summary

St Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham is seeking an experienced HR Project Lead to deliver practical improvements across our People Directorate. You will lead transformations that digitalise HR systems, streamline processes and enhance the employee lifecycle for managers and staff.

We value your end-to-end delivery track record in HR operations and your ability to manage stakeholders, drive change and measure impact to sustain new ways of working across the organisation.

Qualifications

• PM qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven end-to-end delivery in HR operations or transformation.
• Experience with HR technology and digital HR projects.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Independent and collaborative work style with good reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation projects from planning to handover.
• Implement and optimise HR tech, integrations and self-service.
• Streamline processes across HR systems and rostering.
• Build partnerships across HR, IT, Finance and operations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Measure outcomes and demonstrate impact for continuous improvement.
