Responsibilities


  • Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable and measurable plans for end-to-end implementation.

  • Own and manage complex portfolios of work along with planning and execution activities for the function/business ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

  • Design controls for managing and monitoring scope issues, schedule over-runs, risks, and inter-dependencies for effectively managing program delivery

  • Develop key relationships and partner with key stakeholders in co-creating solutions for the business / functions

  • Partner with key stakeholders for defining, executing and measuring the effectiveness of people plans while also acting as an advisor to Heads of HR, HRBPs and senior business leaders.

  • Extensive experience across multiple people related disciplines

  • External consulting experience or design & delivery of people related interventions.

  • Experience of managing multiple projects effectively.

  • Working experience in transformation/change roles

  • A background of working within a matrixed organisation with a global reach
