The Role

We are looking for a People Analytics Partner to join our People Operations team. This isn’t just about pulling reports; it’s about driving the strategic decisions that shape our culture and performance. You will be the architect of our people data, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance the employee experience and focus on organisational effectiveness.

You will partner with the People team and individual business leaders to solve complex business challenges in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Governance : Act as the ultimate owner of people data across the businesses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clear communication of key metrics.
  • Strategic Insights: Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can strengthen our decision‑making, ensuring the People function focuses on high‑impact priorities.
  • System Optimisation: Deeply understand end‑user needs to refine HRIS business processes, keeping data outputs simple, efficient, and scalable.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Payroll, and IT to ensure reporting is aligned and consistent across all departments.
  • Governance & Risk: Manage key controls and data governance across key People systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
