DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a proactive People Advisory Assistant to join the People team in Birmingham for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle general HR queries, support the colleague lifecycle, payroll readiness, and maintain accurate records with a focus on data protection and service quality.

Role requires HR administration experience, familiarity with HR systems, and a proactive, process-improvement mindset. Hybrid working is available, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience within a HR/People team, ideally in professional services.
• Familiarity with HR systems is preferred.
• CIPD qualification or working towards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for general queries and respond with accurate policy guidance.
• Maintain colleague records and update systems for payroll cycles.
• Support lifecycle changes, including probation, leave, and leavers.
