Job summary

Nationwide Recruitment Service is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for a part-time, 21-hour per week role in Birmingham. You will deliver professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations, onboarding and payroll administration, while ensuring compliance with employment law.

Hybrid working with a supportive People Team environment. CIPD qualification and strong communication skills are essential; prior HR experience in similar roles is required.

Qualifications

• Robust HR experience and qualifications demonstrating the required skills, knowledge, and capability for the role.
• Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and flexible working cases.
• Experience up to and including dismissal.
• CIPD qualification or membership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with employee relations, recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support payroll administration and employee engagement initiatives.
