Job summary

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are recruiting for a People Advisor in Manchester. This hybrid role is 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, offering up to £40,000 per year and 37.5 hours per week.

You will be the go-to for managers, delivering hands-on HR support across a range of people matters, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive employee experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• HR generalist experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to manage employee relations matters independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managers with employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance concerns.
• Provide practical HR advice and help managers make confident people decisions.
• Support organisational change projects and wider people initiatives.
