Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees.
• Support migration of Dublin HR activities into UK shared services.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
• Guide onboarding, performance, engagement, development and offboarding.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers.
• Assist with employee relations case management.
• Contribute to change programmes and adoption of new processes.
