Adaptable Recruitment is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join its HR team in Salford. This hybrid role after probation places you at the centre of the employee experience, advising managers and guiding ER matters across the full lifecycle.

You’ll build relationships, drive engagement, coach colleagues, maintain HR records, support onboarding, payroll inputs, and contribute to culture initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in a HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar generalist HR role.
• Confident in managing employee relations cases and supporting managers.
• CIPD qualification or working towards one.
• Effective communication and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Enjoy fast-paced environment with varied days.
• Genuine passion for people, culture and employee engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers to provide trusted HR advice and guidance.
• Lead and support employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases.
• Coach stakeholders to build confidence and capability in people management.
• Support onboarding and induction to create a positive employee experience from day one.
• Maintain accurate HR systems, records and employee data.
• Support payroll and absence reporting processes.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
• Contribute to people projects and continuous improvement.
• Ensure HR processes remain compliant, efficient and aligned to best practice.
