Radar Healthcare in Leeds is seeking a proactive People Advisor on a 3-month fixed-term contract to deliver high-quality employee lifecycle support across onboarding, changes and offboarding.

You’ll advise managers, apply policy and ensure data accuracy while partnering with payroll, benefits and wellbeing initiatives. The role blends hands-on HR practice with process improvement in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering employee lifecycle cases with judgement.
• Advising managers on policy and employment law.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and data.
• Experience using HRIS and data to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for onboarding, changes and offboarding.
• Advise managers on options within policy and ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Create and update People policies reflecting regulatory requirements.
