Job summary

Study Group is seeking an experienced HR professional on a temporary basis to support people-related projects and organisational initiatives across directorates. The role focuses on employee relations casework, HR advisory support, and documentation in line with employment legislation and company policies.

The successful candidate will manage an ER caseload, support consultations, and collaborate with managers to deliver practical HR guidance and positive outcomes for the business and employees.

Qualifications

• Professional HR qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in handling employee relations cases and HR advisory support.
• Knowledge of UK Employment Law and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned employee relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance and probation matters.
• Conduct Occupational Health referrals and implement manager recommendations.
• Provide HR guidance on flexible working, wellbeing, and other policies.
• Record-keeping of informal and formal cases in line with procedures.
• Schedule and attend consultation meetings, prepare correspondence and notes.
