Onecom is seeking an experienced People Advisor to support managers with practical ER guidance across the employee lifecycle. You will own a varied ER caseload, advising on absence, performance, disciplinaries and organisational change while keeping a human, judgment-led approach.

You will coach managers to handle people matters effectively, drive continuous improvement of policies, and contribute to the wider People Plan across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience handling absence and performance issues.
• Ability to coach managers through people processes.
• Strong understanding of ER policies and employee lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of varied ER caseloads including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievances.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially balanced advice and help managers assess risk.
• Support organisational change and employee lifecycle matters from onboarding to leavers.
