Job summary

Prime is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to partner with managers and shape employee experience across a hybrid Knutsford-based setting. You will own onboarding, manage a high-volume ER caseload, and provide pragmatic, compliant advice rooted in UK employment law. The role requires proactive problem solving and collaboration with the P&C leadership.

You will support payroll data flows, policy updates, and process improvements, enhancing service quality and employee experience across locations.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent requirement.
• 3-5 years in a People/HR Advisor or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and induction delivery across locations.
• Manage high-volume ER caseloads and investigations.
• Advise managers on employment policy, risk and decision-making.
• Drive process improvements across People & Culture functions.
• Support payroll data changes and data accuracy.
