Job summary

TFG London is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join our Central Functions People Team. You will partner with managers across the business, provide practical people advice and support employee relations, organisational change, talent development and engagement.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, commercial environment, using people data to identify trends and inform decisions while promoting an inclusive culture and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experienced in employee relations with knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Strong relationship builder capable of partnering with managers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident, practical and solution-focused with ability to advise on people matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across Central Functions, building trusted relationships and providing practical, commercially focused people advice.
• Manage employee relations matters including performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary and flexible working cases.
• Coach and guide managers to handle people matters confidently, fairly and consistently.
• Support organisational change activity including restructures, workforce planning and consultation processes.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives to strengthen capability and progression.
• Help drive employee engagement activity, supporting action planning and promoting an inclusive culture.
• Use people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, informing decisions and improving ways of working.
