Job summary

TFG London is seeking a proactive People Advisor to partner with Central Functions, supporting employee relations, change, talent development and engagement.

You will coach managers, handle ER cases, contribute to workforce planning and drive an inclusive culture across the business. 37 hours, permanent contract in London.

Qualifications

• Experienced in employee relations with sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Confident in a fast-paced, commercial environment where priorities change quickly.
• Strong relationship builder who can partner with managers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Practical, solution-focused and able to provide clear, balanced advice on people matters.
• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence and coach others.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed.
• Analytical and curious, with the ability to use people data to identify trends and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across Central Functions, building trusted relationships and providing practical, commercially focused people advice.
• Manage a range of employee relations matters, including performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary and flexible working cases.
• Coach and guide managers to handle people matters confidently, fairly and consistently.
• Support organisational change activity, including restructures, workforce planning and consultation processes.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives that strengthen capability and support progression.
• Help drive employee engagement activity, supporting action planning and promoting a positive, inclusive culture.
• Use people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, helping inform decisions and improve ways of working.
