Job Details
  • Type: Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week, flexible working patterns considered)
  • Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience and location
  • Location: London/South East England (hybrid role: mainly remote with regular travel within South East, living within easy commute of London)

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver excellent service to clients, advising on HR matters via phone, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Manage HR processes and documentation, including HRIS, Right to Work, and DBS checks.
  3. Draft employment letters, policies, and ensure legal compliance.
  4. Handle straightforward employee relations cases and support more complex issues.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored HR support.
  6. Collaborate with the People Partnering Manager and People Business Partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  7. Stay updated on HR trends and contribute to team success.
Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced HR professional with keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You should be confident in handling employee relations and HR processes, capable of providing clear, practical advice. A tech-savvy team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt, will thrive in this role.
