Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a Pensions Service Team Leader to manage a team of Pensions Administrators in Sheffield. You will plan workloads, monitor performance and coach staff to ensure accurate and efficient pensions administration for active and deferred members.

The role requires strong people leadership, stakeholder management and knowledge of pensions administration within a regulated environment. A minimum 4 days in-office attendance is expected, with opportunities to develop broader pensions

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership experience and ability to coach, mentor and develop others.
• Experience managing team workloads, performance and service delivery.
• Knowledge of pensions administration and working within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Pensions Administrators to deliver accurate, efficient and customer-focused service.
• Plan workloads and monitor performance to meet service levels and Trustee requirements.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and scheme rules and drive continuous improvement.
