We're looking for an experienced people leader to join our Pensions Services Centre and lead the Retirements team responsible for supporting active and deferred members of the Royal Mail Pension Plan.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a team of Pensions Administrators, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and members receive an accurate, efficient and professional pensions administration service. You'll monitor performance, maintain compliance with Trustee requirements and agreed service levels, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the overall member experience.
You'll join a large and established pensions operation, with the opportunity to develop your leadership experience and build broader knowledge across other areas of Pensions Services, including the Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan.
You'll be a confident and supportive leader who can motivate others, manage performance and maintain high standards within a structured service environment.
