Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in pensions or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Duty and product governance.
• Knowledge of SIPP products is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving to turn data into meaningful actions and recommendations.
• Experience assessing customer outcomes within risk frameworks for improvements.
• Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify themes, risks and opportunities and prepare insights for senior meetings.
• Governance and oversight of products throughout their lifecycle; develop practical solutions.
• Assess impact of regulatory changes and market trends and support business responses.
• Lead reviews of customer communications to ensure clarity, accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and partners to deliver outcomes and drive improvements.
• Identify weaknesses in current practices and propose better controls and processes.
• Contribute to future strategy via proposition reviews and regulatory change programs.
• Apply risk management frameworks to safeguard the organisation.
