Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in pensions, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Duty principles in governance and outcomes.
• Knowledge of SIPP pension products is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving to translate multi-source data into actions and recommendations.
• Experience assessing customer outcomes within risk frameworks and driving improvements.
• Strong influencing skills to work with teams, suppliers and partners.
• Confidence in producing high-quality reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analysing customer, operational, regulatory and commercial data from multiple sources to identify emerging themes, risks, customer harms and opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality insight and recommendations for senior meetings to support effective decision making.
• Support the governance and oversight of our products throughout their lifecycle, balancing customer, regulatory and business objectives.
• Work collaboratively across teams to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
• Assess the impact of regulatory developments, industry change and emerging market trends, recommending and supporting the implementation of appropriate business responses.
• Lead reviews of customer communications, product literature and customer outcome assessments, ensuring communications are clear, accurate, compliant and customer focused.
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to deliver product, customer, and business led outcomes, while driving continuous improvement activity.
• Spot shortcomings within existing business practices and recommend solutions to improve controls, processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to our future strategy, through proposition reviews, regulatory change programmes and business transformation activities, helping to shape the direction of the business.
• Use risk management frameworks and controls to ensure the organisation is safeguarded against customer, regulatory or operational risk.
