Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting an Engagement Consultant to support our member engagement strategy for workplace pensions across Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds or Halifax. The role is hybrid, requiring two office days per week and close collaboration with advisers, employers and internal teams.

You will deliver pension briefings, adapt materials for diverse audiences, and create content reflecting regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Confident presentation and communication skills to engage different audiences.
• Ability to explain detailed information clearly and accessibly.
• Experience creating or adapting presentations, communications or engagement materials.
• Strong relationship-building with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to gather feedback and use it to improve content or customer experiences.
• Strong organisational skills to handle changing priorities and maintain current content.
• Commitment to delivering positive and inclusive outcomes for members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the member engagement strategy to improve understanding of and participation in workplace pensions.
• Deliver clear, engaging and informative pension presentations to workplace members and intermediary partners.
• Adapt presentations and communications to meet different audience and client needs.
• Create relevant and innovative engagement materials reflecting legislative, regulatory and market developments.
• Bring fresh ideas to how we communicate complex pension information in an accessible way.
• Find opportunities to strengthen client relationships and extend the support we provide.
• Support onboarding of new clients and growth of existing relationships.
• Capture feedback from advisers, employers and members to refine and improve engagement content.
• Maintain understanding of our member interaction proposition, supporting technology and wider engagement offering.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory developments and internal changes.
