Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in pensions or a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Duty principles and product governance.
• Knowledge of SIPP pension products would be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience assessing customer outcomes within risk frameworks and controls.
• Strong influencing skills to work with internal teams, suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify themes, risks and opportunities for customer outcomes.
• Support governance of products throughout their lifecycle and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Assess regulatory developments and industry trends to shape business responses.
• Lead reviews of customer communications ensuring clarity, accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes and improvements.
• Identify gaps in current practices and propose improved controls and processes.
• Contribute to future strategy through proposition reviews and regulatory change programmes.
• Apply risk management frameworks to safeguard the organisation against risk.
