Job summary

M&G is seeking a Proposition Manager to join the Conduct & Enablement team in a hybrid role based in Stirling or Reading. You will manage life and pensions propositions, coordinate regulatory changes, and drive risk-based reviews with various stakeholders.

The role requires deep life & pensions expertise, strong communication, and the ability to balance regulatory requirements with customer needs. Hybrid pattern approved, located in Stirling or Reading.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of life & pensions products and markets.
• Experience delivering regulatory projects for financial products.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams and third parties.
• Understanding of regulatory and risk management frameworks in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and co-ordinate regulatory change implementation across the proposition area.
• Complete proposition reviews to the agreed risk-based review cycle.
• Prioritise and coordinate Notifiable Events, issues and propositional changes.
• Provide 1st line risk and controls support for the area.
