Job summary

M&G plc is recruiting for a Proposition Manager to join the Conduct & Enablement Team in the Long-Standing Propositions area. The role focuses on managing life and pensions propositions, regulatory change, and risk oversight.

Hybrid working with two days in the office is required at Stirling or Reading. The successful candidate will bring deep life & pensions product knowledge, experience delivering regulatory projects, and strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills to drive growth

Qualifications

Previous experience working in the area of life & pensions product management is essential.
The role requires an experienced product/commercial manager with capabilities in regulatory change, risk controls and growth delivery.
Strong understanding of life & pensions products, markets and competitors is required.

Responsibilities

Oversight and co-ordination of regulatory change implementation.
Completion of proposition reviews to the risk-based review cycle.
Prioritisation and co-ordination of Notifiable Events, issues and propositional changes.
1st line risk and controls support for the area.
