Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a Propositions Manager (Complex Pensions) to lead governance and development of complex pension propositions. You will analyse data from multiple sources, assess regulatory changes, and work with internal teams and external partners to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

SALARY: £61,344 to £74,900pa plus an extensive benefits package.
LOCATIONS: Edinburgh, Leeds or Bristol.
HOURS: Full-time.

We specialise in overseeing technically complex pension arrangements, providing proposition management, regulatory oversight, supplier governance and customer-focused solutions across a varied legacy and specialist pensions estate.
