Job summary

XPS Group is recruiting an Assistant Post-Transaction Lead to join the Risk Settlement team in London. You will support post-transaction projects, liaising with trustees and corporates, and help true-up activities after buy-ins, buyouts or wind-ups.

The role suits someone with a DB background, strong documentation and governance skills, and a proactive, client-facing approach. Hybrid working available and a focus on development and training.

Qualifications

• Experience with Defined Benefit Pension schemes.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Post-Transaction Project Leads with setup and maintenance of project docs.
• Facilitate meetings, agendas and minutes; track actions.
• Manage workstreams within large projects or smaller initiatives.
• Produce management reporting.
• Provide guidance on governance of pension schemes and regulatory matters.
