XPS Group is hiring an Assistant Post-Transaction Lead to support post-transaction activities in pension projects from Manchester. You will help set up project documents, coordinate governance, and assist project leads in maintaining schedules and reporting.

The role suits someone with DB pension knowledge, strong organisation, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. Hybrid working with a wide range of professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Defined Benefit Pension schemes and governance.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project and Excel is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Post-Transaction Project Leads in setting up and maintaining project documents.
• Facilitate meetings, manage agendas and minutes, and track actions.
• Lead or contribute to multiple workstreams within large programmes.
• Produce management reports and ensure quality governance documentation.
